As people from the plains went to the hills for some relief from the heat, over 200 tourists were left stranded in Himachal Pradesh's Mandi earlier today as the Mandi-Kullu national highway was closed due to a flood after a cloudburst. The road was reopened after seven hours of restoration work, but here's what the tourists said when they were stranded earlier.
