In the fourth season of USHA Kushalta Ke Kadam, the Silai School program has touched some new milestones. The association with designer Rohit Bal gave a chance to the women of Kashmir to learn and work under the guidance of Rohit Bal and present their work at Lakme Fashion Week 2019. USHA Silai School's association with the Meghalaya government also gave a new meaning to the life of rural women who got the job of stitching jute bags, an alternative to banned plastic bags in the state. The program also broke its traditional pattern of giving sewing lessons to women by taking the challenge of training visually impaired students of Blind Relief Association in Delhi.
