Naveen Bainsla, lawyer of accused Kalyan Bainsla, has denied the hit-and-run allegations in the case.He claimed the crash occurred due to overspeeding and reckless driving by the bikers.The lawyer also denied allegations that Bainsla was under the influence of alcohol.
