Ground Report: Rajasthan School Where 9-Year-Old Dalit Boy Died After Beating By Teacher
Despite being treated at seven hospitals over 23 days, a 9-year-old boy from the Schedule Castes community in Rajasthan was so severely thrashed by his school teacher for touching a drinking water pot that he died of the injuries. NDTV's Saurabh Shukla spoke with the family of the student in Jalore. At visit to the school shows the building in a bad condition. There are no tables or chairs; students sit on the floor.
