Govt caught with pants down: Jaitley
This is a government of cover-ups, said the BJP's Arun Jaitley, after a WikiLeaks cable stated that the Congress tried to bribe MPs to vote in its favour when the union government was at stake in 2008 over the nuclear deal with the US.
