Naveen Shekharappa Gyanagoudar died on Tuesday when Russians blew up a government building in Ukraine's Kharkiv. Harsha, the elder brother of Naveen, is the only hope left now for the family. He speaks to NDTV questioning on why the Indian government did not increase the frequency of evacuation flights. He says if this was done in a timely manner, Naveen would be alive today.
