Godavari River Swells in Nashik: People Risk Lives Crossing Ramsetu Bridge
Despite repeated warnings from the administration, people were seen risking their lives while crossing the Ramsetu Bridge in Nashik as water levels in the Godavari River continued to rise. Around 13,000 cusecs of water has been released into the river, prompting authorities to issue safety alerts and advise residents to avoid dangerous areas. However, visuals show several people crossing the bridge despite the heightened risk. Authorities have urged citizens to follow safety guidelines and stay away from riverbanks during the rising water situation.
