Ghaziabad News | After Car Hits 3 Kanwariyas And Breaks Kanwar, Angry Devotees Thrash Driver
Three Kanwariyas were injured after they were hit by a car, which was allegedly speeding, on the Delhi-Meerut Kanwar Marg near Raj Chaupla in Ghaziabad late Monday, triggering a brief uproar and a traffic jam on the busy stretch. According to the Ghaziabad police, the incident occurred around 10 pm, when a car attempted to navigate through the Kanwar traffic. They said the car moved close to the Kanwariyas, and struck a group walking along the road, causing them to lose their balance and breaking one of the Kanwars.
