In Nellore district of Andhra Pradesh, a Ganesha idol unlike any other is turning heads this Ganesh Chaturthi....not sculpted from clay, plaster, or metal, but assembled entirely from Rudraksha beads. The idol was meticulously crafted over a week by a local environmentalist, using more than 20,000 Rudraksha beads.
