Fundamentals of economy still strong: PM on Moody's outlook downgrade
Rating agency Moodys' lowered India's growth projection to 5.5 per cent. However, Prime Minister Manmohan Singh remained optimistic and remarked that unwarranted conclusions should not be drawn.
