Petrol and diesel prices have once again been increased across India, with rates going up by nearly 90 paise per litre amid rising crude oil prices linked to the Iran-Israel conflict. Reporting from Jammu, NDTV spoke to commuters and motorists who said the hike is putting additional pressure on household budgets. While some said they would reduce vehicle usage to manage expenses, others felt people must cooperate with the government during the ongoing Middle East crisis.
