Infosys co-founder Nandan Nilekani said India is going from an offline, informal, low-productivity to a single, online, formal, high-productivity mega economy. "This is the trend for the next 20 years. You will see this happening every year, year by year. This has been enabled by a new approach to solving society's issues, which we call as digital public infrastructure," he said at the B20 Summit India 2023.
