Former Envoy to the US Meera Shankar recollected her time in the US in 2009 while speaking exclusively to Prannoy Roy on the US elections. She highlighted the difference between Obama's America and Trump's America. She also added that the importance of relations with India will be dominant in the elections as there is "increasing strategic convergence between the two countries".
