Food Needs To Be Accessible Not Fashionable: Prasoon Joshi
"Food doesn't need to be fashionable, it needs to be accessible," Censor Board chief and lyricist Prasoon Joshi said at NDTV-Dettol's "Banega Swasth India" telethon today. Mr Joshi added there needs to be change in attitude towards nutrition. "Many people think nutrition is expensive. People are confused about what to eat," he said.
