Directed by Sudha Kongara, the film revisits Tamil Nadu’s anti-Hindi agitation of the 1960s, drawing strong emotional responses. With GV Prakash’s music, Sreeleela’s Tamil debut, and Ravi Mohan as a powerful antagonist, Atharvaa's great performance the film has sparked both cinematic and political chatter. Released ahead of Assembly elections and distributed by Red Giant Movies from the DMK stable, the ruling DMK aims to connect with younger voters through this film.
