Mandeep Saini, another victim of the Kishtwar cloudburst, sought help in locating his wife and mother-in-law, missing since August 12. Locals claimed that the actual number of missing people may exceed official figures, citing unaccounted residents. Families await updates, as around 60 people are confirmed dead.
