The fight in Chevella Lok Sabha constituency, in Telangana's Greater Hyderabad area, is between two former TRS MPs. BJP candidate Konda Vishweshwar Reddy won as TRS MP in 2014 whereas Congress candidate Ranjith Reddy won it in 2019.
