With the festival of Holi just a day away, experts feel that it is important to choose the right kind of colours to ensure that they do not end up damaging skin or even eyes. "Chemical colors in the market are oxidised metals or industrial dyes and are very harmful while natural colours are beneficial and safe," said Ridhima Sood, an environmental scientist.
