In Manipur, today is the last day of campaigning for the first phase of polling to be held on Monday. In 2017, Congress emerged as the single largest party with 28 seats out of the total 60, falling short of the majority. The BJP had then managed to form the government by cobbling up numbers. In an exclusive interview to NDTV's Ratnadip Choudhury, leader of Opposition and three-time former Chief Minister Okram Ibobi Singh said this time, even before the polls, the Congress is busy working out an understanding with other parties.
