As thousands living on the Yamuna floodplains have been displaced in Delhi and there have been questions over the government's plan to avoid such a situation again, the Urban Development Minister Saurabh Bharadwaj says the government can't throw people on the roads. He adds that it's a sensitive situation. He adds that whenever the L-G plans to demolish these localities, there should be arrangements made for their rehabilitation as it's a humanitarian problem.
