Senior Congress leader and former Union Minister Kapil Sibal attacked Prime Minister Narendra Modi's government on the new revelations in the Rafale controversy that saw former French president Francois Hollande claim that India favoured industrialist Anil Ambani's Reliance Defence for the multi-million dollar fighter-jet contract. "The Prime Minister is the only one who can deny Francois Hollande's comments on Rafale," Mr Sibal said.
