For the last several months, black money stashed abroad has been in the news. Team Anna spoke about it, Baba Ramdev spoke about it, forcing the government to make many promises - the start of a process to bring back illegal wealth stashed abroad. One of the people who stunned the world with his disclosures is Rudolph Elmer, the banking whistleblower who gave WikiLeaks details of Indians who had hoarded black money abroad. He speaks to NDTV.
