In an exclusive conversation with NDTV World, Foundation Robotics founder and CEO Sankaet Pathak says humanoid robots could become an active part of military operations within the next 12 to 18 months. Dismissing concerns over the militarisation of humanoid robots, Pathak argued that the technology could ultimately save human lives. According to him, these machines can be sent into environments that are too dangerous for soldiers, reducing the need to place human personnel in harm's way while carrying out high-risk missions.
