EVM Malfunction: Frivolous Or Genuine Concern?
A former DGP of Assam says he found a mismatch between the vote he cast and the paper trail or VVPAT audit that followed, but that he's too scared to complain because Election Commission rules can jail the complainant if the probe finds nothing. As the opposition also goes back to the Supreme Court to increase the paper tally, are these concerns over EVMs genuine or exaggerated?
