Across India, taps are running dry. However, it's ironic that at the same time the rains are coming down heavier than ever before. With increased urbanization, we are pumping out whatever little groundwater we have are left with. But before our buckets get empty, it is time to fill up, like our ancestors did, as far back as 4500 BC.
