Filmmaker Anurag Kashyap has reportedly filed a petition in Mumbai High Court challenging the Censor Board's directive to ban smoking in Bollywood films. The release of the director's upcoming film Ugly has been postponed to next year since the filmmaker was unwilling to carry the 'no smoking' disclaimer in the smoking scenes.
