In an exclusive interview to NDTV's Uma Sudhir, Telangana Chief Electoral Officer Vikas Raj explains why the Election Commission has deleted 5.4 lakh voters from the electoral rolls in Hyderabad district. Madhavi Latha, BJP candidate in Hyderabad Lok Sabha constituency, as well as Congress MLA-candidate in Hyderabad's Nampally assembly constituency, had complained that bogus voters were helping Asaduddin Owaisi and his AIMIM party to win.
