Don't want to encourage tax frauds: Switzerland

With an international debate on what is being dubbed as the black money that is, what many believe, stashed away in Switzerland, Michael Ambuhl, State Secretary, Swiss Confederation, says the country is not tax haven and does not give refuge to people who want to hide their money.
