Diesel under-recoveries still over Rs 9: Indian Oil
The management at Indian Oil or IOC talks about the 10 per cent divestment which has been cleared by the Cabinet and the recent price hikes in petrol and diesel. The FY14 industry under recovery is at Rs 1.28 lakh crore.
