Did Puducherry's education minister try to pull a fast one on Tamil Nadu's education department? PML Kalyanasundaram allegedly sent someone else to write a science exam in a Tamil Nadu centre, after he decided to take the tenth standard examinations as a private candidate, twenty years after he dropped out of a school in Tamil Nadu.
