Sujata, the woman who had claimed her daughter went missing in Dharmasthala, has now admitted that the entire story was fabricated. In an emotional statement, she revealed that she was persuaded by a YouTuber to make the false claim. Fighting back tears, Sujata said she wanted to visit Dharmasthala, fall at the feet of Dharmadhikari Dr. Veerendra Heggade, and seek forgiveness. She explained that her actions stemmed from a personal property dispute alleging that her father’s property had been sold to Dharmasthala without her consent. According to her, activist Girish Mattanavar took her to Delhi in May, introduced her to lawyers, and encouraged her to raise the issue publicly. Expressing deep remorse, Sujata said she never intended to tarnish anyone’s image and that those who pushed her into the controversy have now abandoned her.
