Delhi University cut-offs have Mumbai worried

While the cut-off percentages in Delhi University colleges have skyrocketed beyond the reach of most students from the city, many students despite a 90 per cent are now looking towards Mumbai for admissions. So does this mean that Mumbai students have something to worry about?
