Delhi's Toxic Air Returns Before Diwali
The national capital continues to grapple with bad air as pollution levels soar ahead of Delhi. The air quality index in New Delhi is close to 315 this morning in the very poor category. Forecast by the EWS system also shows the pollution levels are likely to deteriorate further in the coming days as well. The air quality is predicted to be in the very low category till Tuesday and the outlook for the subsequent six days as per EWS is that the air quality index is likely to fluctuate between the very poor and poor category.
