Markets in Delhi opened today after over a month, but shops are allowed to open only on an odd-even basis. At one of Delhi's most popular markets, Sarojini Nagar, the shops have been marked as 1 or 2 to ensure the numbering procedure and social distancing are followed. Traders said they suffered huge losses during the lockdown. They customers are unlikely to turn up due to the scorching heat in June. They expect the usual rush may be seen only after a month or two.
