Delhi gang-rape case verdict: The four convicts should be hanged, says Sushma Swaraj
"Under the new law, these 4 should be hanged. Then it will set an example for other rapists. All five were guilty but one got away lightly," said Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha Sushma Swaraj.
