Delhi’s Rouse Avenue Court has taken up an Enforcement Directorate petition against Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal for not complying with the summons issued to him. The court will give its decision at 4 pm today. The move comes after Mr Kejriwal skipped his fifth summon in the case, saying this was illegal and repeated notices were an attempt by the agency to arrest him.
