Delhi Coaching Centre Deaths: Owner And Coordinator Arrested
The coaching centre in Delhi's Rajinder Nagar, which has made headlines after three students died due to waterlogging in the basement, was using the basement as a library even though civic authorities had said it could be used as a storage or parking.
The owner and the coordinator of a coaching centre where three civil services aspirants died due to rain-induced flooding in the basement were arrested on Sunday even as protests erupted in the area over the incident.
