On the occasion of World Environment Day, Delhi Chief Minister Rekha Gupta, Environment Minister Manjinder Singh Sirsa, and Union Environment Minister Bhupender Yadav participated in a tree plantation drive at the Namo Oxygen Van in Maidangarhi. The event also marked the launch of 18 Namo Oxygen Parks across Delhi, an initiative aimed at expanding the capital's green cover and promoting environmental sustainability. During the programme, leaders planted saplings and reiterated the government's commitment to increasing greenery, improving air quality, and encouraging public participation in conservation efforts. The Delhi government has also announced ambitious plantation targets as part of its broader green agenda.
