Delhi Blast Probe: Al-Falah Doctors Joined Without NOC, 10 Linked Persons Missing
Fresh revelations in the Delhi blast probe show that doctors linked to the terror module - Dr Umar-un-Nabi, Dr Muzammil Shakil, Dr Shaheen Shahid, and Muzaffar Ahmad - joined Al-Falah University without the mandatory inter-state NOC. Intelligence sources say at least 10 people, including three Kashmiris associated with the university, are missing.
