Deepak Parekh presses for clearance of Insurance Bill
HDFC group chairman Deepak Parekh has stated that HDFC Standard Life cannot go public unless the insurance bill is passed allowing foreign direct investment (FDI) hike of the foreign promoter from 26 per cent to 49 per cent.
