Decoding Suspected Bomber Umar's Route In Delhi Before Blast | Read

NDTV has learnt that Umar Nabi, the suspected Delhi bomber, first went to Mayur Vihar Phase 1 on November 1, where he conducted a recce. He then went to Connaught Place - one of the biggest areas in the national capital.

He then parked the car involved in the blast in the Sunehri Masjid parking lot in Chandni Chowk, Delhi Police sources said.

The car, with the number plate HR 26CE7674, entered the parking lot at 3:19 pm on November 10 and left around 6:30 pm.

The white Hyundai i20 car, used in the massive explosion near the Red Fort in Delhi on Monday evening, was parked inside the Al-Falah Medical College campus in Haryana's Faridabad for nearly 11 days before being driven to Delhi. The suspected suicide bomber, Dr Umar Nabi drove the car out of the college campus on the morning of the attack, November 10, allegedly out of panic.
