Frederiksen traveled to the Greenlandic capital Nuuk following talks with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte, where discussions focused on strengthening security across the wider Arctic region. Denmark and Greenland reiterated that the island is not for sale and that its sovereignty is not open for negotiation.
