"Dangerous Precedent": Congress Leader On Release Of Rajiv Gandhi Killers
"Supreme Court has used Article 142 which we do not agree with. It gives them discretionary power to release convicts. The precedent they (Supreme Court) are setting is dangerous," said Congress's Prashant Pratap Singh on the release of Rajiv Gandhi's killers by the Supreme Court.
