Contradictions in Malegaon blast probe
First came the sensational claim by the Maharashtra Anti Terror Squad, that Malegaon blast accused, Lt Col Sreekanth Purohit of the Army Intelligence Corps had sourced RDX either from the Army dumps or militants in Kashmir, where he served briefly. It was alleged that RDX was also possibly used to plant explosives on the Samjhauta Express in 2007.
