Congress Targets BJP Over Alleged Irregularities In Ayodhya Donations
The political controversy surrounding alleged irregularities in donations linked to Ayodhya has intensified, with Congress leaders launching a strong attack on the BJP and demanding an independent investigation. Senior Congress leader Salman Khurshid questioned what he described as the prioritisation of money over faith, arguing that religious devotion should not be equated with financial contributions. Karnataka Congress President BK Hariprasad further alleged that Ayodhya's religious significance has been commercialised and called for a thorough probe under the supervision of a sitting Supreme Court judge.
