Suspended Congress MP Manickam Tagore on Tuesday attacked PM Modi over the Lok Sabha ruckus on February 4. He stated, "The way the ruling party, particularly the Union Parliamentary Affairs, is blocking in an organised way the LoP Rahul Gandhi...We are watching the mishandling of Parliament by the ruling side. If PM Modi does not speak in the Lok Sabha on the motion of thanks to the President's address, he will be the first PM to do so. Why is the PM running away from the Lok Sabha?"
