Mohalla Clinic is likely to be the latest bone of contention between uneasy allies, Congress and AAP. Hours after praising AAP government's Mohalla Clinics, Karnataka Health Minister Dinesh Gundu Rao today called it "overhyped" and said he was left "disappointed" after visiting one such facility in Delhi.
