Collector's kidnap: Govt-mediators talks begin

The much-awaited talks between the Orissa government and the mediators chosen by the Maoists began in Bhubaneswar today to negotiate the release of abducted Malkangiri Collector R Vineel Krishna and junior engineer Pabitra Majhi.
