Actor-turned-politician Dinesh Lal Yadav said Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Choudhary has approved the construction of a Film City and Film Institute in the state. Speaking to mediapersons in Patna, Yadav said the institute would provide aspiring filmmakers from Bihar, Uttar Pradesh and Jharkhand an opportunity to learn film-related techniques and create films in regional languages. He said the project has been a long-standing dream and could help promote Bihar’s languages and talent through cinema.
