The political battle over the NEET paper leak intensified in New Delhi as the Congress marched to Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence while the Cockroach Janata Party continued its protest at Jantar Mantar for a second consecutive day. Rahul Gandhi, Mallikarjun Kharge and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra led the Congress demonstration, demanding accountability over the paper leak issue and action against those responsible.
The protest came a day after the CJP's march to Parliament and amid continuing demonstrations led by students and activist Sonam Wangchuk. Rahul Gandhi and several Congress leaders were later detained by Delhi Police. Meanwhile, the BJP maintained that the government is ready for a discussion in Parliament but accused the Congress of choosing confrontation over dialogue.
